Mindfulness Day Retreats

Join us to deepen the connection to your true nature through mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga postures and guided relaxation. These are gentle and restorative sessions suitable for all, including complete beginners.
The morning will begin with a gentle hatha yoga class with guided relaxation. After a break this will be followed by an introduction to Mindfulness and a guided meditation. Then a break for a delicious, homemade vegetarian lunch, followed by a gentle mindful movement session in the form of Qi-gong stretch, ending the day with a deeply restorative Yoga nidra- gong relaxation, cacao and homemade flapjack/biscuit. By the end of which you will feel more balanced, refreshed and rejuvenated and aligned with your self.

10.00 Introduction, gentle Hatha Yoga and guided relaxation
11.30 Break & a cup of tea
11.45 Introduction to Mindfulness and guided meditation
13.00 Light homemade and delicious Vegetarian lunch break (included in cost)
14.00 Gentle mindful movement session of Qi Gong
15.00 Yoga Nidra guided relaxation with the gong
15.30 Day comes to a close with a grounding cup of cacao and homemade flapjack/biscuit
